Account and data deletion
You can remove local progress yourself and request deletion of data stored by MyVisavi.
Local browser data
Clear site data and cookies for myvisavi.com in your browser settings. This removes locally stored goals, progress, preferences, and the guest session from that browser.
Request server-side deletion
- Contact @Viktor_Router on Telegram.
- State: “Please delete my MyVisavi account and data.”
- Provide the sign-in email or available guest-session information.
- Complete a proportionate account-ownership check requested by support.
After verification, data will be deleted or anonymized except records the Operator must retain for a legally required period, such as payment records.
