Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of MyVisavi, its free features, and one-time paid access.
1. Service and acceptance
MyVisavi is a digital service operated by Viktor Nikolaevich Royak, Royak Digital (Administration), at myvisavi.com. By using the Service, saving data, or purchasing access, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
2. What MyVisavi provides
MyVisavi provides a personal digital Assistant and information and analysis tools. Career Sprint can help build a career profile, find public jobs and projects, assess fit, and prepare résumés, applications, proposals, and interview materials. Slimness can help estimate and log food and activity using information you provide.
Results use your data, public sources, and AI processing. MyVisavi is not an employer, recruitment agency, medical provider, dietitian, or representative of third-party platforms. It does not submit an application or message on your behalf without separate confirmation.
3. Free and paid access
Starter features are free within the limits displayed in the Service. A one-time payment can unlock the Assistant, Career Sprint, and Slimness for the selected period.
Through August 14, 2026, the displayed promotional prices are RUB 190 for 7 calendar days, RUB 290 for 14 days, and RUB 590 for 30 days. The final amount and currency shown before payment control. The Service does not use automatic renewal for these access passes.
International card acceptance and currency conversion depend on the payment provider and are not guaranteed. Review the payment page before confirming. See Plans and pricing.
4. Payment, cancellation, and refunds
Payments are processed by Platega and participating payment organizations. Access starts after payment confirmation. If payment succeeds but access does not appear, contact support with the time, amount, and transaction ID if available.
Cancellation and refund requests are handled under applicable mandatory consumer law. Any refund may account for the part of the service already provided and directly incurred costs where the law allows. If access was not delivered because of a MyVisavi technical fault, you may request reactivation or a refund.
5. User responsibilities
- provide accurate information and do not impersonate others;
- do not use the Service for fraud, spam, unlawful activity, or infringement;
- review AI-generated materials before using or sending them;
- do not disrupt the Service, bypass limits, or access another user’s data.
6. No guaranteed outcome
MyVisavi helps organize work and prepare materials but does not guarantee a job, project, interview, income, weight outcome, or a response from a third party. Public listings can change or disappear, and AI output may be inaccurate. You remain in control of decisions and external actions.
7. Intellectual property and availability
MyVisavi’s software, interface, and original content are protected by law. You may use personal résumés, letters, plans, and other materials created for you. Bulk copying, resale, circumvention, and interference with the Service are prohibited.
The Administration may update features and fix errors. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these Terms.
8. Privacy, contact, and governing rules
Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Support: Telegram @Viktor_Router. The Operator is based in the Russian Federation. Applicable Russian law governs these Terms without removing non-waivable consumer rights that apply in your place of residence.
