Privacy Policy

1. Scope and operator

This Policy applies to the MyVisavi website and web service at myvisavi.com, including the personal Assistant, Career Sprint, Slimness, and related modules (the Service).

Project owner and personal-data operator: Viktor Nikolaevich Royak, Royak Digital (the Operator). Privacy requests can be sent through Telegram at @Viktor_Router.

The Operator is based in the Russian Federation and processes data under applicable Russian law, including Federal Law No. 152-FZ. If another mandatory law applies to you, its non-waivable rights remain unaffected.

2. Data we process

• account and session data, including your name, email address, linked recovery phone, internal user ID, or random guest-session ID;
• information you submit, such as goals, preferences, Assistant messages, memory items, career profile, résumé, desired role, income, work format, food entries, photos you choose to analyze, and documents created for you;
• technical data, including IP address, browser and device type, cookies, request time, security logs, and feature diagnostics;
• payment metadata, including transaction ID, status, amount, product, and access period. MyVisavi does not receive or store your full card or bank-account details;
• product analytics only after you consent. Analytics excludes the text of conversations, memory, goals, résumés, and career documents.

3. Why we process data

We use data to:

• provide the Service and save your progress;
• personalize assistance, search for opportunities, analyze user-selected content, and prepare requested materials;
• create payments, confirm them, and grant access;
• provide support, diagnose faults, prevent abuse, and keep the Service secure;
• measure and improve the product when analytics consent is active;
• meet applicable legal obligations.

Processing is based on your consent, performance of the Terms of Use, the Operator’s legitimate operational and security needs, and legal duties where applicable. You decide what optional personal context to provide.

4. Storage and security

Some preferences and progress may be stored in your browser. Account synchronization, Assistant history, access records, payments, and module data may be stored in the Service’s protected cloud database.

Data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, the Terms, security, dispute handling, and mandatory legal retention. It is then deleted or anonymized unless the law requires continued storage.

The Operator uses reasonable organizational and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

5. Service providers and transfers

Data is shared only as needed to operate the Service, including with:

• Platega and participating payment organizations for payment processing;
• cloud hosting, authentication, email/SMS delivery, and AI providers used to store data or answer your request;
• job and freelance sources when needed for an action you request;
• public authorities when disclosure is legally required.

Providers may process data in countries other than yours. MyVisavi does not sell personal data or provide conversation content to ad networks. Applications are not sent on your behalf without your confirmation.

6. Your choices and rights

• review and edit visible profile and memory items;
• withdraw optional analytics consent;
• clear locally stored site data in your browser;
• request access, correction, restriction, or deletion where applicable;
• request server-side deletion using the account and data deletion instructions.

Send requests to @Viktor_Router. We may ask for proportionate proof that the request relates to your account.

7. Cookies and updates

Essential cookies support sessions, sign-in, progress, and payments. Optional product analytics is enabled only with consent. See Cookies and analytics for details.
